Dr. Mike Wills:

Following graduation from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 1988, Dr. Wills returned to his hometown to join Dr. Roy Lindsey at Lindsey Animal Hospital.  In 1995, they partnered to create Lindsey & Wills Animal Hospital, P.C. and remained business partners until Dr. Lindsey retired in 2008.  Professionally, Dr. Wills enjoys all phases of veterinary small animal medicine and surgery.  Dr. Wills supervises most of the surgical and canine reproduction cases in our clinic.

Mike has four children, Daniel, Russell, Catherine, and Jane. Rounding out the family are a Welsh Corgi "Sammi", and a cockatiel that calls himself "Pretty Boy".

 


Dr. Heather (Johnson) Massung

Dr. Heather graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2008. Upon graduation, she worked as a relief veterinarian in several veterinary hospitals in Brunswick and Waycross, Georgia. In July 2009, Dr. Heather joined Lindsey and Wills Hospital as a full time associate veterinarian. She has special interests in Internal Medicine and Feline practice.  Heather is now performing ultrasound imaging of the chest and abdomen of canine and feline patients.

She is a member of the Douglas Lions Club.

 

 

 

 

Dr. Daniel Wills

Dr. Daniel returned to Douglas in 2014 to practice with his dad and Dr. Heather after spending one year in Statesboro, Ga.  Dr. Daniel is also a graduate of the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine.  His professional interests include general veterinary medicine and surgery of small animal patients.  In his free time, Daniel enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and a variety of outdoor activities.

 

 

         

Dr. Roy Lindsey 

Dr. Lindsey moved to Douglas in 1972 after having practiced in Augusta, Georgia for two years. He is a second generation veterinarian originally from Madison, Georgia where his father operated a large animal veterinary medicine with an emphasis on dairy practice.  Dr. Lindsey and his wife, Karen, have two adult sons and four grandsons.  In 2008, Dr. Lindsey retired to spend more time with his family.
